lightened up version of the famous buffalo chicken dip - it is actually 6 oz (1/2 bottle) of light blue cheese but it did not recognize it so I entered 3 oz so the calories would come out right

16 oz chicken breast
6 oz fat free cream cheese
3 oz blue cheese dressing
1/2 c hot sauce
1/2 c celery
4 oz cheddar cheese
10 carrots

Recipe Directions for Julie's Buffalo Chicken Wing dip

shred cooked chicken breast, puree cooked carrots cream cheese hot sauce & dressing, mix all together with shredded cheddar cheese drizzle extra hot sauce over the top & bake at 350 for 20 minutes or microwave for 5 minutes mixing halfway through the cooking time, serve with cutup veges and tortilla chips
