Green beans sauteed in olive oil with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce for a blast of flavor in a healthy dish!

Recipe Ingredients for Julie's Best Green Beans

4 cups frozen green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Recipe Directions for Julie's Best Green Beans

  1. Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Add garlic and saute until soft.

  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle green beans with ground ginger and kosher salt.

  3. Add beans to garlic in saute pan. Saute until beans are cooked through and glossy from the olive oil. Don't over-cook!!

  4. Just before removing beans from heat, sprinkle soy sauce over beans and stir well to coat.

  5. You can also sprinkle these with some toasted sesame seeds for additional flavor. I usually toast them in the pan after taking the beans out.
