Recipe Ingredients for Julia's Lots of Veggies Salad

4 cups black beans
1 large bell pepper
1 apple
2 celery stalks
2 tomatoes
1/2 cucubmber
100 g Feta cheese
1 red onion
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons apple vinegar
1 TeaspoonsTabasco sauce
3 tablespoons plain white yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Julia's Lots of Veggies Salad

Chop all the vegetables and mix everything together in a big bowl. Add salt and pepper. Add vinegar, Tobasco, yogurt and lemon juice to suit your tastes. :)
