Recipe Ingredients for Julia's Chicken Alfredo

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
3 cups heavy cream
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 lb spaghetti, cooked

Recipe Directions for Julia's Chicken Alfredo

  1. Prepare chicken in skillet with olive oil. Add salt and pepper

  2. Meanwhile, prepare spaghetti or fettuccine in a large pot with some olive oil.

  3. In a 2 qt saucepan, combine the parmesan cheese, heavy cream, salt, black pepper until well combined. Heat until thickened.

  4. Combine alfredo sauce with chicken and fettuccine. Serve immediately.
