Egg & ham frittata type thing

Recipe Ingredients for Julia child's eggs & ham

5 eggs
1/2 cup soy milk
1 onion, diced
8 oz ham steak
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1 clove garlic
1/2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Julia child's eggs & ham

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375.

  2. Grease casserole dish.

  3. Dice onion and saute in butter.

  4. Dice ham and add to onion.

  5. In casserole dish, mix eggs, milk, cheese and 1 clove garlic, minced.

  6. Add sauteed onions and ham.

  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
