This meatloaf rocks. I make it for dinner one night and use the leftover meat in lasagna the next. Super yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Julene's Meatloaf

3 pounds hamburger
12 Saltine Crackers
1 tablespoon garlic salt
32 ounce of tomato sauce
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Julene's Meatloaf

  1. Preheat the oven at 375.

  2. Combine the hamburger, crushed saltines (one sleeve) garlic salt, eggs and 2 cans of tomato sauce.

  3. Press the mixture into a pan and cover with the 2 remaining cans of tomato sauce.

  4. Place in the oven for 1 hour.
