Recipe Ingredients for Juile's Chai Tea version 2

3 cups skim milk
8 cups water
3 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cumin
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cardamom

Recipe Directions for Juile's Chai Tea version 2

  1. Combine all ingredients. Simmer, bring almost to boil, add 5-6 tea bags.

  2. Steep until you're happy with the colour.

  3. Strain through strainer into container.

  4. Serve hot.
