Using 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey is really the key in making these burgers low calorie and low fat :)

Recipe Ingredients for Juicy Turkey Burger Low Calorie :)

1 egg white
1/3 cup of chopped white onions
5 oz Ground Turkey, 99% Fat Free
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper

Recipe Directions for Juicy Turkey Burger Low Calorie :)

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine onions, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Lemon, egg white and turkey meat. Mix together, it should form two patties. Keep in mind the mixture is a little wet, nothing like forming beef burgers. Don't Panic! When they cook they will be firm and juicy!

  2. Next on an electric grill or skillet, cook patties until meat is white (cooked) make sure to flip while cooking.

  3. Tip: I used the George Foreman Grill and it cooked extremely fast!
