Recipe Ingredients for Juicy Boston Butt Steaks

2 lbs boston butt steaks
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Juicy Boston Butt Steaks

  1. Sear meat on med-high heat 4 minutes on each side in pan on stove.

  2. Mix together barbecue sauce and water and pour over top of meat. If you like you can also slice up an onion and throw it in the pan.

  3. Simmer for at least 2 hours. The longer your cook it the softer it will be. Another option is to use the crock pot. Keep in mind that the calorie count assumes you will be eating 1/8 of the sauce and you won't and that you will be eating any fat on the meat which most of us cut off.
