4 carrots
4 stalk,+large+11"-12"+long celery
8 oz spinach
1 oz ginger
1 garlic clove
1 apple
8 oz Kale

Recipe Directions for Juicing 020312

  1. Scrub and wash all vegetables and apple, using a scrubbing pad, if possible, and then cut into 6-8 inch pieces

  2. Put leafy vegetables(spinach, Kale) and put firmer vegetables (carrots, celery) on top to push through leafy vegetables

  3. Put garlic and ginger, and finish with carrots or celery
