Recipe Ingredients for juiced smoothie

3 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 orange
1 gala apple
1 cup green grapes
5 strawberries
3/4 cup peach
3/4 cup mango

Recipe Directions for juiced smoothie

  1. I juiced everything but the ginger and frozen watermelon, then poured the juice into a blender with frozen watermelon and a teaspoon of ginger, blend until smooth. DELICIOUS.

  2. Sinced I juiced the majority of fruits and vegetables here, I am sure that the fiber content is off on the calculation, not sure what else would be.
