Recipe Ingredients for Juice: Green 1

5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium Cucumber, Peeled
1 medium apple Apples
2 cup, chopped Kale
4 tsp Ginger Root
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1 cup slices Parsnips
4 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Juice: Green 1

  1. Peel lemon, ginger & cucumber

  2. Chop all items and add to a high-powered blender. Add 4 cups of water and juice it up.
