Recipe Ingredients for Judy's Rice Pudding

3/4 cups rice
1 1/2 cups water
4 cups skim milk
1/2 cup Splenda no calorie
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Judy's Rice Pudding

  1. Cook 3/4 cup rice with 1 & 1/2 cups water until water absorbed (about 15 minutes).

  2. Then add 4 cups milk and 1/2 cup sugar. Cook on medium for about 30 minutes (stir often, especially towards the end).

  3. Take off heat and pour into serving bowl.

  4. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla.
