Recipe Ingredients for Jubie's Honey Dijon Salmon

12 oz salmon, atlantic, farmed
1/4 cup classic dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup progresso bread crumbs plain

Recipe Directions for Jubie's Honey Dijon Salmon

  1. Combine honey and dijon mustard.

  2. Slice salmon fillets into individual 3 oz portions, and pat dry.

  3. Coat fillets with honey mustard mixture.

  4. Dredge fillets in breadcrumbs and shake off excess.

  5. Heat oil in pan on medium high heat.

  6. Pan fry fillets on medium heat, 6-7 minutes, and then flip.
