16 ounces tomato paste
10 tomatoes
4 cups water
8 ounce tomato sauce, unsalted
10 basil leaves
10 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, fat-free
10 ounces mozarella cheese, fat-free
10 saltine crackers, unsalted

Recipe Directions for J's Tomato Basil Soup

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook a minimum of 3 hours. Divide into 10 containers. Freeze if desired.
