Whole wheat pita stuffed full of vegies and tuna

Recipe Ingredients for J's Garden Tuna Pita sandwich

1 cup tomato
1 cup cucumber
1 cup lettuce
2 pita bread
1/4 cup cottage cheese 2%
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup celery
6 oz can tuna

Recipe Directions for J's Garden Tuna Pita sandwich

  1. Chop all veggies

  2. Drain tuna and mix with onion, celery and cottage cheese. You may want to add a tbl or so more cottage cheese for more moisture.

  3. Split pita pocket and place 1/2 of lettuce, tomato, cucumber and tuna mixture inside each sandwich.
