Wholesome pumpkin waffles with protein powder boost.

Recipe Ingredients for JRH Pumpkin Waffles

2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 c Brown Sugar
2 t Baking Powder
2 scoops Whey Protein - Vanilla
1/4 t salt
1/4 t ginger
1/4 t nutmeg
2 t cinnamon
2 T Flax seed meal
2 large Eggs
1 3/4 c 1% Milk
2 c Pumpkin

Recipe Directions for JRH Pumpkin Waffles

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Separate Eggs

  3. Whip whites and fold into pumpkin

  4. Mix eggs and milk

  5. Combine liquid and dry and stir well

  6. Fold in pumpkin.

  7. Spray wafffle iron with butter flavored Pam. Cook on waffle iron according to instructions.

  8. Divide to four portions of waffles. Eat two. Freeze two.
