1 cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup peaches, frozen
2/3 cup soy milk, vanilla,
1 tbsp honey
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Joyous Jane's Breakfast Fruit Smoothie

  1. slightly thaw frozen fruits in microwave

  2. add banana and honey to blender

  3. add fruits and soy milk to blender

  4. Blend until smooth, serve immediately
