Great banana bread with no gluten. Turns out well, even my husband who tends to be skeptical of gluten free foods likes it.

Recipe Ingredients for Joya's Gluten Free Banana Bread

1 1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/2 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Joya's Gluten Free Banana Bread

  1. cream together sugars, oil, vanilla, and eggs

  2. add mashed bananas and Fage

  3. combine flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Add to other mixture

  4. Bake at 350 for 45-1 hour in an oiled/floured glass bread pan.
