Dutch Baby with 1/4 butter and 1/2 sugar (or less)...

Recipe Ingredients for (Joy Of Cooking) Dutch Baby, Double w/ 1/2 sugar

1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 cup 1% milk
2 tbs butter
1 tbs powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for (Joy Of Cooking) Dutch Baby, Double w/ 1/2 sugar

  1. mix Dry ingrediants (except powdered sugar)

  2. add milk & wisk

  3. add eggs

  4. melt butter in cast iron skillet swirl to spread on edges.

  5. pour all ingrediants into skillet

  6. cook one minute on high

  7. Place in 350 F oven for 13 min.

  8. remove when puffy and golden browned on top

  9. sprinkle with powdered sugar
