Recipe Ingredients for Josh's Oatmeal Breakfast "Tootie"

2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup 1% milk
1 medium apple, chopped

Recipe Directions for Josh's Oatmeal Breakfast "Tootie"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients. Add vanilla, then milk, then add in the chopped apple. Mix well.

  3. Prepare a pan (I used a 10" cast iron pan) by spraying with PAM or something similar.

  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press down just a little bit.

  5. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces.
