20 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
40 grams Celery
4 clove Garlic
150 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
50 grams Onions
100 grams Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
90 grams Sweetpotato
13 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
50 grams Carrots

Recipe Directions for Jose's Chicken and Potato Chowder with Sweet Potato Balls

Place everything in a pot except sweet potatoes , stir till flour dissolves(no lumps). Then Boil till potatoes are tender. Micro wave sweet potatoes till tender. Scoop out sweet potato, make balls with the sweet potato flesh and just place in cooked soup.....
