Bold an Red. Tomato vegetable chicken One-Pot soup. Low cal, Low carb, high fiber meals for 2days.(lunch/dinner)

Recipe Ingredients for Joseph What-Not Soup

1.5 cup Diced Tomatoes
25 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cup, diced Celery
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1.5 cup Cut Green Beans
1 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Joseph What-Not Soup

  1. boil 2 cups water,add 2 tsp tom/chix bouillon.

  2. chop chicken and add to pot,let boil while you mince 1 tbsp finely minced basil,oregano and thyme.(fresh) add to pot.

  3. chop celery,julienne onions/green peppers and open diced tomatoes. Add to pot.

  4. Let boil just until the celery begins to soften and chicken is well done.

  5. Open green-beans,drain and Add to pot.

  6. Add Normandy blend frozen vegetables and return to boil.Stir well, reduce heat and simmer til veggi's are desired tenderness.

  7. Note that if cooked too long the vegetables will be..... baby food.
