I make the dough in my bread machine and then bake the bread in the oven

Recipe Ingredients for Jo's Rosemary Bread

1 cup 2% milk
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tbs. dried rosemary
2 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Jo's Rosemary Bread

  1. Place all ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle and press start.

  2. Grease a loaf pan and place dough in the pan. Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm location to rise for 1-2 hours.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

  4. Brush top with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
