2 peppers, diced
2 onions, diced
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup red wine
2 cups green beans
1 large eggplant, sliced

  1. chop all ingredients

  2. stick them in a pan

  3. simmer till cooked - about 20 mins
