Recipe Ingredients for Jo's Moc Chowmein

20 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
2 cup, diced Celery
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Cream of Onion Soup
1 cup Cream of Celery Soup
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 cup dry Natural Brown Rice
4 oz Wheat Free Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)

Recipe Directions for Jo's Moc Chowmein

  1. Brown the ground turkey with the diced onion, celery, garlic and pepper.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Mix well and bake for 1.5 hrs at 350.
