My fried potatoes with onions and bell pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Jo's Fried Potatoes

3 cups russet potatoes
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
3 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Jo's Fried Potatoes

  1. cut potatoes into thin pieces

  2. chop onions and bell peppers

  3. add oil to fry pan

  4. heat on medium until oil is good and hot

  5. put potatoes into pan

  6. mix em around so they are coated with the oil

  7. cook them on medium until they are almost all the way done

  8. add onions and bell peppers

  9. and add salt and pepper to taste
