2 cups sliced carrots
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Jo's Baked Carrots

  1. slice carrots to desired thickness

  2. place in baking dish

  3. add other ingredients

  4. bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 1 hour

  5. PS you can add 1/4 cup raisins for an extra special dish
