1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp olive oil

  1. proof yeast

  2. add dry ingredients

  3. knead to windowpane stage

  4. rise, punch, rerise

  5. bake 15 mins at 450F, 35 mins at 325F
