Recipe Ingredients for Jon's Meatloaf

24 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
0.712 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
3 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Ketchup, Low Sodium
0.67 cup Egg Beaters
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 oz Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Jon's Meatloaf

  1. Mix all except ketchup until combined, then at 2 Tablespoons of the ketchup into mixture.

  2. Form a loaf in a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray

  3. cover loaf with ketchup. Bake in 450 degree oven until meat thermometer shows medium to well done.
