Mmmmmmmmm... lentils the way I like them. This can be a side or an entree.

Recipe Ingredients for Jon's Delicious Lentils

1 tbsp oil
1 pound pork loin
6 cups water
1 1/2 cups lentils
2 bay leaves
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Jon's Delicious Lentils

  1. Cut pork loin into cubes

  2. Heat oil in pan

  3. Brown pork in pan on medium heat

  4. Add water

  5. Add lentils when water just comes to boil

  6. Add spices

  7. Lower heat to simmer

  8. Let simmer for 25 minutes

  9. Add wine

  10. Let simmer 5 more minutes

  11. Ready to eat!
