Recipe Ingredients for Jon's Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 lb Brussels Sprouts, Halved
2 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs Kosher Salt
1 tbs black pepper, cracked

Recipe Directions for Jon's Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  1. Halve and Stem Brussels Sprouts

  2. Toss in Olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Spread on a sheet pan and roast in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes (or until the tops of the brussels get crispy).

  4. Sprinkle any additional seasonings on while still hot
