Pasta w/mushrooms,spring mix, tomatoes, onions and capers

Recipe Ingredients for Joni`s Favorite Pasta

16 oz dry Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta
1 tbsp(15 g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
3 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
4 cups Spring Mix
5 clove Garlic
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, White
2 oz Chicken Broth
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Joni`s Favorite Pasta

Saute mushrooms and thinly sliced onion in olive oil til tender, add coarsly chopped garlic and stir being careful not to burn garlic. Add wine and chicken broth and boil down then add capers, tomatoes and spring mix. Stir til spring mix is wilted - add cooked pasta and mix well - add parm cheese and serve
