Split Pea Soup with Roasted Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Jonah's Split Pea Soup

2 can (303 x 406) Peas, Green
8 oz Maple Glazed Honey Coat Ham
5 clove Garlic
1/2 large Onions
5 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
3 medium Carrots

Recipe Directions for Jonah's Split Pea Soup

  1. Roast carrots and parsnips until golden.

  2. Heat up peas and use immersion blender to blend peas until smooth.

  3. Sautee ham until carmelized outside and add to peas.

  4. Sautee onions, garlic, and peppers until soft.

  5. Add all vegetables to soup.
