Recipe Ingredients for Jollof Rice

1 c brown rice
2 tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 habanero pepper
2 red bell peppers
2 bouillon cubes
3 c water

Recipe Directions for Jollof Rice

Puree the tomatoes, peppers, and onion. Boil to reduce somewhat. Add rice, water, bouillon. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce. Simmer until done.
