John's Spaghetti. This is a thick, meat and vegetable sauce. About ten, one cup servings of just the sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for John's Spaghetti

3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
19.2 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
5 cup Roasted Garlic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for John's Spaghetti

Cook the veggies in the olive oil, brown the hamburger, and toss the veggies in with the meat and add the sauce. Cook it all together in either a crock pot or on the stove.
