This Alfredo sauce substitutes heavy cream for milk. It's very thick and probably only useful in small quantities. I use it on my low-carb diet, watered down a bit, with about 50g of wheat pasta. Also good with chicken and bacon.

Recipe Ingredients for John's Extra Heavy Alfredo Sauce

16 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 lb lean beef
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp alfredo sauce mix

  3. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

  4. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes.
