Recipe Ingredients for Johnnie's Sausage, Peppers and Onion

1 1/4 pounds turkey sausage
2 large red bell peppers
1 large yellow onion
2 cups sliced black olives
16 ounces spaghetti sauce

Recipe Directions for Johnnie's Sausage, Peppers and Onion

  1. Remove casings from sausage. Smoosh down and fry.

  2. Add diced vegetables. Cook until tender. Add black olives and spaghetti sauce.

  3. Put on toasted sandwich thins. Add grated cheese. Broil until cheese is toasted

  4. Mixture also great in an omelet.
