Recipe Ingredients for Joey's Quick Lasagne

9 ounce Barilla Oven Ready Lasagne
2 eggs
15 ounce Part skim ricotta cheese
16 ounce Part skim Mozzarella cheese
2 ounce parmesan cheese
26 ounces Tomato sauce,meat flavored

Recipe Directions for Joey's Quick Lasagne

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg.

  2. use a 13x9 baking dish 3" deep. Spray the dish with a cooking spray.. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, stir in ricotta 2 cups of mozzarella and the parmesan.

  3. Spread some sauce at the bottom of the pan.

  4. Layer lasagne slightly overlapping, Spread filling to edges.

  5. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, 1/3 of ricotta filling, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1 cup of sauce.

  6. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, 1/3 of ricotta mixture, 1 1/2 cups of sauce.

  7. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, the remaining ricotta mixture and 1 cup of sauce.

  8. Layer 4 uncooked sheets, the remaining sauce and remaining 1 cup of mozzarella.

  9. Bake covered with aluminum foil until bubbly 50-60 minutes.Uncover and cook another 5 minutes

  10. Let Stand 15 minutes before serving.

  11. Use only 12 lasagne and make 3 layer lasagne if pan is only 2" deep.
