Recipe Ingredients for Joan's veggie soup

6 cup Beef Broth
28 oz Tomatoes Diced
2 tbsp Italian Tomato Paste
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Spinach
4 cup, chopped Cabbage
1/2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 serving goya black beans for soup

Recipe Directions for Joan's veggie soup

Spray pot with oil. Saute onion and carrots till they begin to wilt (about 4-5 min). Add all other ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
