So easy, Cut chicken pieces, flour'd and pan fried to make gravy.

Recipe Ingredients for Joan's Chicken Marsla

2 chicken breast
1/2 chicken breast
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup flour
1 Salt
1 Pepper
2 tablespoons capers
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Marsala wine

Recipe Directions for Joan's Chicken Marsla

Cut chicken into smaller pieces and split for thinner pieces. Coat in flour with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and pan saute the chicken. Remove from pan. Add lemon juice and capers and then wine and reduce. Add chicken back, coat and serve. So easy, so good, expensive looking meal.
