Recipe Ingredients for Joanna's Banana Nut Bread

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c skim milk
2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c mashed banana
1/4 c walnuts

Recipe Directions for Joanna's Banana Nut Bread

Stir all ingredients together except for the nuts. Pour batter into two bread pans and sprinkle the nuts on top and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
