Recipe Ingredients for jo50's Modified Crock Pot Pasole

2 lb. boneless pork ribs, country style, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 medium onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
30 oz hominy, drained
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for jo50's Modified Crock Pot Pasole

  1. Put pork in crock pot.

  2. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over pork.

  3. Pour more water into crock pot if pork is not covered.

  4. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours.
