3 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
0.13 cup Zante Currants
0.13 cup Chopped Pecans
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Jim's Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cook oats in water per box directions.

  3. Add chopped dates, currants, and pecans, stir well to combine.

  4. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, turning 2-3 times.

  5. Serve in a bowl with the hot milk.
