Jim's Hempseed Granola - with barley flakes

Recipe Ingredients for Jim's Hempseed Granola (Version 2)

2 cups oats
3 cups Barley
1 1/2 cup hemp seed
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp molasses
1 tbs Brown Rice syrup
2 tbs flax seed
1/2 tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup coconut

Recipe Directions for Jim's Hempseed Granola (Version 2)

Combine and bake @ 300 until desired crispness. Stir every 10 minutes. (20-30 min)
