Recipe Ingredients for JIM'S GREEN BEANS EXTRAORDINAIRE

2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
4 whole tomatoes
1 onion
4 cups green beans
1/10 lbs bacon
2 cups water
1 garlic to taste

Recipe Directions for JIM'S GREEN BEANS EXTRAORDINAIRE

  1. cut up onion, peppers and tomatoes

  2. (you can add sodium free tomato sauce if desired)

  3. cut up bacon into tiny pieces or use bacon bits

  4. add garlic (and black pepper)

  5. add 2 cups water and boil until vegetables are tender
