Recipe Ingredients for Jim's favourite Sunday breakfast!

2 English muffins
15 grams (low sodium ready cooked bacon)
20 grams Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 Less fat cream cheese)
1/4 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Jim's favourite Sunday breakfast!

  1. Toast Muffins

  2. Spread Cream Cheese on Muffin halves

  3. Place cooked eggs on Muffins (sometimes I add minced green peppers for additional flavour)

  4. Put 1 and 1/2 slices of bacon on muffin halve

  5. Top with other halve of muffin.

  6. Enjoy!
