1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup amaranth
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup

  1. Combine all dry

  2. Combine wet in blender and mix

  3. Combine wet and dry

  4. Bake for 20-30 until golden @ 350
