Recipe Ingredients for JIM'S Crock Pot Potato Soup

6 med. potatoes, chunked
1/10 lbs BACON
4 med. carrots, cubed
4 stalks celery, cubed
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. chopped chives
6 c. water
1 tbsp. sea salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 tbs. MARGARINE - NO SALT, LOW FAT
1 c. 2% Milk

Recipe Directions for JIM'S Crock Pot Potato Soup

Cook in Crock Pot on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until vegetables are done. One hour before serving, add 2% Milk.
