Recipe Ingredients for Jim's Cowboy Beans

3 1/4 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 1/4 cup Original
1/2 large Onions
4 oz Hot Premium Pork Sausage
20 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
5 oz Ham (mesquite smoked)
3 tsp Pinto Bean Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Jim's Cowboy Beans

Soak beans overnight. Cook beans, ham, & seasoning in crock pot 6-8 hrs on high. Brown onion & sausage in skillet add to beans & let cook another hr. Add BBQ sauce & Ro-Tel at that time.
